Best service ever!

Visited Sat 2nd Nov 2024 at lunchtime. Been to many Zizzi’s as we love the food and as always, the food was amazing. But what made this Zizzi stand out for us was the amazing service from the staff. I wish I knew the name of our waiter as I would mention it, because he was so good. The place was full of families with young children, including us, we have a 4-year-old, and he was so good with all the children. Was always coming past checking if we needed anything, happy to answer questions, remembered what everyone on our tabled ordered so when the food came out, he knew who was having what and not asking who ordered what.

Because of the amazing service from the staff, we would definitely return to this Zizzi’s. I had a kids eat free QR code and when he tried to scan it, for some reasons it didn’t work but the waiter said not to worry it must be an issue at their end and said he would take off the price of our daughters 3 course lunch £8.50. The food came out in good time, was piping hot, fresh and delicious, we have some Chicken dish, fish and Pizzas of course. The deserts were also really tasty.

We can’t wait to come back. Thank you for such a great service and I hope someone from Zizzi’s reads this and passes our thanks on to the hardworking team at...

This was my first time at this Zizzi’s and unfortunately it’s not somewhere I will be returning to. We had a big party of 13 and three of us ordered the new Mushroom and Truffle with a burrata on top (Which is my dream favourite dish as an Italian). When the dishes arrived two of the three dishes arrived with clotted cream instead of burrata, trying to pass it off as an expensive burrata. The third dish (my dish) came with half a burrata that was old and dried out like a mozzarella ball and when eating it I struggled to find any trace of truffle. I was starving hungry and ate the dish anyway thinking that that’s how they do it here. When the new dishes came after complaining about the burrata I tasted some and realised the difference between how the dish was meant to be and what mine was actually like. I ended up with a simple mushroom pasta which is a basic dish and paid almost £20. Very very disappointed and will urge people to either go somewhere else or make double sure you know what you’re supposed to be getting. Felt scammed and the fact that we had to complain multiple times to get what we should’ve ruined the meal. The taste was very nice once it came but the night was...

Great location, lovely staff, incredibly quick service, we had our starters served within 10 minutes of ordering, and the mains followed within a couple of minutes of finishing our first course. The strawberry and cucumber drink tasted great, bruschetta was lovely as always, but I would not recommend the vegan pepperoni pizza, although it looks great and we both opted for it, unfortunately neither of us liked it. It tasted like it was made with way too many different spices, and it was just too much. But if you like very very spicy food, go for it! The vegan dessert is a bit misleading too, it’s more of a rich chocolate torte than a millionaire’s shortbread. I will still give the restaurant 5 stars for the great service, the food is the same at all of their restaurants, so I guess it’s trial and error for...

Always a favourite — especially this time with great company Zizzi Marlow has become a bit of a go-to for me — every visit is consistently enjoyable, and this time was no exception. I went with my mate Jack, and we had a really lovely evening. The atmosphere is always relaxed and welcoming, the staff friendly, and the food reliable and full of flavour. It’s a place that feels easy — great for catching up, never rushed, and always comfortable. Their attention to making it family-friendly is a big plus too, and the setting on the High Street is perfect. Definitely one of my favourites in the area

We’ve visited Zizzi in Marlow several times whenever we’re in the area, and it never disappoints. It’s consistently child-friendly, which makes it a great choice for family meals. The prices are reasonable, and while the children’s portions can be a little on the small side, they’re usually just right to avoid waste—so it works well. The atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming, especially for kids. We almost opted for Piccolino’s this time, but it didn’t feel particularly child-friendly when we walked in, so we were glad we stuck with Zizzi for a laid-back and enjoyable evening.
