Café Aroma — Restaurant in England

Utter shambles from start to finish, not impressed! We ordered a few breakfast baguettes with free delivery, the approximated time was no longer than 45 minutes. After an hour and a half with no communication we decided to contact them ourselves in order to find out what was going on, we were then told that they will be no longer than two more minutes, after another 20 minutes we gave up, tried to call to cancel the order, but alas there was nobody to answer the phone. When the delivery finally arrived it was already over and hour and 40 minutes late and the food was cold. I shan't be dealing with this establishment again, WE ORDERED...

I place a breakfast order for 30 of my collages over the weekend on the breakfast baguettes and Vegetarian sandwiches and every one enjoyed it, they all had lovely feedback. The food was delivered on time, the breakfast baguettes and sandwiches were still warm and were lovely. Their customer service was excellent especially the manager Sam. He was very polite, patient and was in everyway very helpful. I will be placing another order for my colleagues soon as they all said they loved their meal and prefer Café Aroma to the other breakfast spots in Swindon. Thanks Sam and Team for your...

Very underwhelming unfortunately. We ordered from Uber Eats and the order took around 2 hours to arrive! When it did we had all brown toast instead of white toast and the food was poor. It was warm but Scrambled Eggs were overcooked (almost crispy!), the mushrooms were also crispy rather than being soft, the beans were about the best thing in the whole breakfast.
