Subway — Restaurant in England

We ordered through just eat and I have to say it wasn't the best. Our food took nearly 2 hours to arrive it was a Saturday but the timings on the app where very wrong.

When the driver arrived he pretty much threw the carrier bag at us when opening the door and turned around and walked away and said nothing. When opening the bag it can only be described as a disaster. Everything was poorly wrapped it looked like someone had chucked it all in and then threw it around a few times!!. Even when its busy surely you take some care for food people pay for?

The 6 inch had next to no filling in it and was asked to be toasted and wasn't. The wrap also had pretty much no filling and this was asked to be toasted as well and wasn't. The hash browns were cold and tasted awful. The only good thing was the drinks and cookies!!

You don't pay nearly 20 quid to get food like that. I know it can be busy but you surely there are standards when preparing people orders. Still awaiting a refund from just eat but won't order...

OMG! Spontaneous Drive through for some food when having a nightmare day. Never done this before I did not know we were in for such a treat. Seriously Tom needs to be on the stage. His hilarious cheeky banter from the minute we spoke into the speaker. By the time we got to the window we were desperate to meet him. He did not disappoint! He is absolutely hilarious and just has this gift of pitching his banter just right. We drove into Subway hot, sticky Stressed and feeling sorry for ourselves. We left the window feeling upbeat, full of life and happy laughing our heads off. That’s before we even ate our food. Very annoyed to see the self service counter which after my two tries didn't work. You can't ask them stuff like "can you please put some extra sauce" because they (especially this subway) is very dramatic about it and keep saying no we can't add a bit extra, you'll have to pay extra for this n that. You don't know how much are they putting in it and forgot to put hash brown last time which we found after returning home. Quite annoyed by this guy in particular who is too fussy about everything. We used to relish Subway, not anymore after their misery acts. Their focus is to put as much lettuce but very little peppers. Customer dissatisfaction will teach them a lesson.Change...
