Very bitter over roasted coffee. Even with milk the Americano was vile . We complained - not their problem. We just popped in for a coffee and as we entered the server was returning to the reception area - no greeting, glum expression - we felt unwelcome. Our coffees were extremely not but upon tasting we both immediately found extremely bitter. After complaining we were offered a fresh ‘brew’ but that would not have changed the bean.
