Cafenetics — Restaurant in England

This restaurant has been on my radar for a long time, but with the dark windows I could never gauge the ambience, but as my local go-to was full, I decided to go for it, which turned out to be an excellent decision! I only popped in for a quick sandwich, but ended up having the special which was a delicious curry (with just the right amount of heat) and came with rice and a samosa. Even the regulars recommended I try it. Such a lovely couple who run it, they were the perfect hosts and really interesting to talk to. I will definitely be back. They clearly take a lot of pride in what they do and with that level of friendly and sincere service, they deserve every success. Absolute gem of a place, found completely by accident looking for somewhere to have a cuppa and wait while my Niece took her theory test round the corner. A group of ladies were just leaving after having what looked like a delicious afternoon tea; and the owners were absolutely fantastic and extremely welcoming and accommodating in letting me wait, even though they had closed while I was waiting. There were examples of beautiful homemade birthday cakes on display, that the owner makes freshly to order, to your requirements, and the menu looked great. The couple of owns the cafe was lovely and chatty. We got on well with them, particularly the lady. The food and coffee was tasty. Most of the food is homecooked. They had a few vegan options and desserts. I personally couldn't handle the cake as it was too sugary and overdosed on toffy.
