Disappointing Experience – Poor Service and Unhygienic Food We visited this restaurant yesterday for a birthday celebration and had made a table reservation well in advance. However, upon arrival, we were told we couldn’t be seated together, even though we had clearly booked as a group. Two staff members insisted we sit at separate tables far apart, which completely defeated the purpose of our gathering. One of the staff, whom I believe may be named Meng (not entirely sure), was particularly rude. She raised her voice at my aunt, who was calmly explaining that we had been calling the restaurant multiple times the night before and earlier that day, but no one answered. Instead of understanding, the staff member became defensive and raised her tone unnecessarily. This behavior was very unprofessional and upsetting. Another staff member named Saman also insisted we remain separated, despite there being plenty of empty tables around us. Their refusal to accommodate us ruined what was supposed to be a joyful birthday and family reunion. We were only a group of 10 people and had a confirmed reservation, so this treatment was completely unjustified. To make matters worse, one of the dishes served had hair in it i can send the proof if management would want it. It was extremely unhygienic and disgusting. This entire experience was a huge disappointment. I sincerely hope management takes this feedback seriously and addresses these issues to prevent future guests from having a similarly negative experience.

Not bad overall. Parking was at a local paid lot that's about 2-3mins walk. Fairly priced at just under £4 for 4hrs Spoons was Packed full when we arrived so we had a wait outside for about 5-10mins before we could get in. There didn't seem to be a record of our booking, except the emails I'd received which I thankfully had. Seating was quick and in a clean environment , while payment at reception was seamless (NHS discount available with ID or presentation of blue light card). I would have preferred to just have paid once and gotten right to it, but instead, we had to pay for the bottomless glasses separately (management should maybe consider bundling it all in) Wide variety of meals, which weren't bad, the seafood and meats were my faves, while the fries were also very well done. It's a child friendly spot as well, with all the kids having so much fun, mine inclusive. She got 2 ice cream cones. 😍 A couple of guests broke cups and plates, but these were quickly cleaned up to prevent any injuries, so that was amazing. There seemed to be 1 or 2 heated arguments between staff and customers, with one likely being over a baby seating situation. PS: I'm unsure if it's a thing to have a time limit at buffets , but they had a 1hr 30min to the buffet situation. Don't know if you get kicked out or eaten after that time, but yeah, just be aware My verdict : not bad overall. Most staff were pleasant, prices decent, and the meals pretty OK.

If you have a huge appetite? Then this is definitely the place for you. Copious amounts of food that will turn you into an Alchemist, concocting various meals never seen before. Honestly my Sons put some odd choices together but they all enjoyed their meals. No idea how they can keep refilling their plates but they get their money’s worth, for sure. The food is super tasty if you can figure out where the food is that you like, as the food area is so vast and expansive. Check what others are eating and ask them where they got it from? (they love that) When you’re about to take your last piece of food off of your plate, it disappears as if by magic. Someone appears from nowhere, like the Flash and no more plate… (Feels like) There’s Army mess hall seating where you share a table with strangers. Long lines of tables to fit more people inside but not much fun trying to get back to your seat without tipping your food over someone you don’t know. (was all these people in our car?) Overall it’s worth trying and going every so often, just so you can make a meal from food, from all over the world, to confuse your taste buds and transcend them to another reality. If you book a table, you will jump the queue, when the doors open. They will walk along the queue asking if anyone has booked a table. (definitely book beforehand) Overall recommended

This is a buffet restaurant. While I don't frequent this type of eatery often it is something my children like visiting once in a while. This gives my children a choice of different cuisines under one roof and the ability to experiment with different tastes and a combination of foods. First this cost £18.99 weekdays for a 1.5hrs slot, yes you are timed... Weekends are £19.99, again a timed slot. Drinks are on the expensive side too. The seating area is large, and well laid out. The buffet area is well maintained and it is extremely clean. The selection of food on offer is extensive. If you like buffet food this will not disappoint, probably the best I have eaten at, out of the 3 that I have eaten at ever! On that note I would NOT class myself as an expert in buffet restaurants. I'm always going to be harsh on these types of restaurants as they are not my thing, and I am driven by this food decision for the love of my children. However I think that feeling I get is more because of the other patrons these sorts of places attract. I feel my next comment is sounding arrogant already, however I don't understand why people pile their plates so high and mix everything up to the point it looks like a pigs eating trough. I know this time my kids were put off a little too, as they asked me if people understand the concept, and said "do they not know they can go up as many times as they like..." Overall the food choice is very good and there is definitely something here for everyone, the quality of food is better than average for a buffet, but definitely not gourmet. It will definitely keep the kids amused, while you will also find something to eat. I would probably think that everything is heavily mixed with flavour enhancers (MSG), and most items are fried. I had a pleasant experience (as much as one can at a buffet) and was surprised how quickly the 1.5 hrs went, we weren't ushered out, so I don't know how the timed slot would work and if they actually actively ask you to leave when your time slot is over. Why 3 stars, I felt the labelling of some of the food was missing so it was difficult to know what was on offer as some of the dishes like very similar, I also felt there was a lack of allergy labelling especially products containing nuts directly (ok, I know I'm being nitpicky, as someone with allergies probably would not visit this type of restaurant, as there would be a high chance of cross contamination). For me the desserts on offer let this place down. While there is a good choice and the crêpes are good the selection on offer is of a poor quality in comparison to the food, and since you end your meal with that it should be important to end on a high. While I recommend this buffet it comes with the cautions I have mentioned, if you're ok with that, you will definitely enjoy this place. Sorry no pictures, extremely busy service and felt...

I used to be a regular customer here, coming with my family almost every month, but after last night’s experience, I will never return.

First of all, the prices are outrageously high for what you actually get. The seating is extremely cramped, so every time you try to stand up, you bump into other people. It’s very hot over there, very uncomfortable, noisy, and far from relaxing.

The toilets are unisex and absolutely filthy – sticky floors, constant dirt, and a horrible smell. Totally unacceptable for a place that charges this much.

The food is also very disappointing: anything cooked outside the grill area is simply not worth eating – poor quality, bland taste, and sloppy presentation.

Still, we kept coming back, only for the grill area. But last night was the final straw. I booked a table for my birthday, with 14 guests, and we were told we could only stay 1 hour and 30 minutes. Exactly at that mark, the staff started pressuring us to leave. We barely managed to cut the cake, and while we were eating a slice, they were literally standing over us, reminding us again and again to hurry up because other people were waiting.

Never in my life have I experienced something so rude in a restaurant. We’ve often had to wait for others to finish their meals before, and it was never an issue. But to be kicked out while still holding a plate of birthday cake was barbaric.

In summary: filthy place, disgusting toilets, overpriced food, cramped seating, and staff with zero respect for customers. A humiliating and appalling experience. I do not recommend this place to anyone. I strongly recommend and hope managements do something in regard to all those issues as reading your reviews I see a lot of people...

Took my daughter here last night for her birthday there were 13 adults and 1 child so cost over 200 quid booked a table for 730pm paid and after they took my money was told buffet will shut at 9pm thought ok that should be enough time for us to all eat with normally a great selection however I found alot of the trays already empty by the time we walked around and found food to eat in my case not alot left of what I like (and staff was not refilling what was empty) was dry and not very nice and im not a fussy eater at all anyhow by the time we had eaten what we could find and went for deserts there were literally hardly any deserts left and what was left staff were clearing to one side and in your way to even get too.this place has gone extremely down hill from when we use to use it I find staff very rude dont even see at least 1 smile I had 1 small plate to eat which is not worth 18.99 per person as I said wasn't refilling trays and any of the decent food had gone including deserts they should have not taken our money knowing this what a complete rip off will never return and would advise anyone to think twice about going here after 7pm we were rushed out at 9pm absolute disgrace i have worked for restaurant's myself so I know about standards and this place unfortunately have absolutely none when it comes to how they treat their customers they are happy to take your money though also be careful with young children as my dad ate something sharp which at first we thought was glass at a closer look turned out to be a sharp kind of shell could of been a very different outcome if a child had swallowed this was hoping to celebrate my daughters birthday but disappointed is an understatement so...
