Caffè Nero — Restaurant in England

Genuinely such a nice place, staff are always kind, energetic, charismatic and patient to wait for your order. Seating is comfortable, there are comfy squishy cushioned sofas and more firm chairs for which ever seating you prefer, staff give good recommendations and talk as if you knew them from day one, respectfully, genuinely and humourously, deffo recommend if you want a nice drink, saying that the drinks are delicious, ive tried all sorts from simple coffees to extravagent creamy frappés and they are all delicious, cant say how good the food is but it looks d e l i c i o u s. 10/10 would recommend, best cafe nero...

I went in the card machine had issues I told her it wasn’t my cards but she denied having any problems with her card machine I went and got my wallet from my car (a bit of a walk) then she told me her card machines not working. My coffee was made and sat on the side and she said she now wants cash like seriously I said I can’t walk all the way back again! And she just shook her head. Awful customer service! You would think that instead of throwing out the made coffees on the side she could have said sorry to inconvenience you and have the coffees on the house but no she would rather throw them...

The service at this cafe Nero has decorated quite a lot in the last few weeks. The servers don’t even ask anymore whether the order is to “have in” or “takeaway”. They assume it to be the latter and make the drinks in paper or plastic cups. And we’re asked to make them in ceramic cups or glasses, their entire attitude changes. The drinks are not made with any dedication anymore as they used to be before. The tackles aren’t always clean either. It’s disappointing to see the degradation of this store as it used to be a very good store even until the first half...
