Casa Parmigiana (Bracknell) — Restaurant in England

I don't really know where to start. Firstly, I am not endorsed by this company. This is my first takeaway/delivery service whilst staying on a random trip away at Wokingham. You know when you get fed up of eating takeaway or stodge as its bland and boring? This is the total opposite. I actually rang the proprietor to pass on my thanks and commendations. The food arrive piping hot and fresh. FULL of flavour. Like it was homeworker and made with pure love. My mouth is still bursting with mad flavours as I type. I actually gave it the Top 3 takeaway award in my head, and I have eaten from Scotland to London. The ingredients were fresh. The flavours were on point. Nothing soggy or stale. I felt like someone had lovingly cooked me a home cooked meal from an Italian/Latino kitchen for hours and served it to me. The delivery charge wasn't cheap, but with the 10% off it covered this amicably and boy did that go out of my mind when I saw the food. I ordered Hot Shot Parmigiano, Peri Peri strips and Beef Steak with rice. That food was enough for four people and there were two of us!! Fist time.ordering yesterday. 2 x Bolognese 1 x BBQ Chicken wings and 1 extra Wings.

Chicken coated in a lovely crusty coating and was so juicy and flavoursome. Dare I say, best take away chicken wings I have had to date. Chips just the way i like them crispy on. Outside and fluffy in the middle and not at all greasy. Recommend this dish.

Spaghetti Bolognese. Sadly was Luke warm which is because it's pasta. Wife tried 1 strand of pasta and said it was cooked perfectly for her. Sadly though she needed to gently reheat as she can't eat cold pasta but this obviously sent the pasta overcooked but she tried but sauce not to her taste and she did decide in the end to throw the 2 Bolognese away. (Wife Personally wouldnt buy pasta take away again) we are sure though others will like it

Sadly scores reflect both. Chicken meal 5 stars. Bolognese 1 as wife couldn't eat, but overall we are giving 5 stars as chicken dish was perfect for me.

Ordered from here a few times and it's always been good. The food is delicious. Unfortunately, the last time I ordered I was waiting for 2 hours and when I called them to ask what the situation was I was greeted by a very rude woman who hung up on me. I called back several times and was just interrupted with "I'll call you back" and they claimed that they had no record of my order despite the fact that I had paid online and had a confirmation email. I feel that if I hadn't persisted with the phone calls they simply wouldn't have delivered my food despite taking my money. They need to work on their customer service skills because being rude over the phone when you're simply asking about your PAID order being over an hour late isn't acceptable.
