Cecil's Pizza - Grill — Restaurant in England

Absolutely horrendous customer service!!!! We have ordered from here about 5 times - the last time they got our order wrong but we gave them the benefit of doubt. We just ordered again and only received 1 item when we ordered 5 things. We called them but they refused to deliver the rest of our items or issue a refund, instead the manager screamed verbal abuse down the phone telling us we are banned from the restaurant and to never order again. The worst customer service I’ve ever received, the person on the phone didn’t even listen to what we were saying and we couldn’t hear over their manager screaming at us in the background. Order elsewhere, food has gone downhill anyway, cold, soggy and tastes absolutely disgusting - AVOID AT ALL COSTS, don’t give them your money they don’t deserve it, rude,...

Have used Ceciles a fair bit over the last few years and always been decent. Food and service had anyways been good. But never again after tonight. Took ages to arrive then hadn't cooked and therefore delivered part of the order. Called and was told they could sort in 20-30 minutes although getting that agreement was not easy. Excuse? They were very busy. Glad we know where we stand when we haven't got what we've paid for.

Anyway, over an hour later and what have we got? Nothing. No food, no call, no refund. Will have to escalate through the ordering app as staff on the phone are awful and clearly delivering a pizza despite getting two chances to do so is beyond them. Clearly don't give a toss about regular customers so this is one you have lost. Absolute joke,...

Came here tonight on are way home from brid to Leeds we had four starving kids in the car with us and luckily happened to notice this takeaway with seating area…. Wow best service ever kids got pop corn chicken and chips and donner meat wraps and me and my partner had a calzone it was the best calzone we have ever had… soooo tasty steak chicken donner and salami with extra cheese

Zara who works at the shop have all of us a free drink each as we spent £50 and also gave all the kids a Lollie.
