Chick- Fil- A — Restaurant in England

Food is absolutely disgusting. Chips are soggy and wet everytime which makes the bag they come in soaked and make what ever they are touching wet. Chicken burgers taste like rubber and are tiny. The donner meat is decent but they are so stingy with the portions when it arrives looks like half has already been eaten. Chicken is always dry your gonna need a lot of sauce to even attempt to eat it. Staff are rude when you call didn’t bother to help the last time one of my deliveries never showed up. Only thing that was decent about the meal was the can of drink. Nasty cheap dirty food. Would not advise ordering

Also heads up they have another place which I have seen on uber eats called chick-fill-a peri peri... now if you google this place it dont exist and if your food from there dont arrive you have no number or place to get it sorted. So I think it's one of there uncles in his bedroom cooking your chicken on his radiator so again would not advise...

Ordered over an hour ago on the Blackpool Eats app, only ordered 2 items and apparently they're still preparing it. On the app, it says your food will be here by 4:10pm. It's now 4:36pm. I don't think it's takes over an hour to make 2 items, and not even setting off for delivery yet (considering I live on Talbot Road, literally just down the road from the actual shop.) To add insult to injury, their phone number is off. So this means I can't even ring them to see what's going on with the food I've paid for. Terrible service. I'm suprised this place isn't shut down, considering their absolutely appalling reviews. May want to either go under new management or take a hint, Chick-Fill-A. You're making a terrible name for yourself. How hard is it to make 2 items and deliver them not even 5 minutes...

Ordered a takeaway on blackpool eats, they accepted the order AND said it was out for delivery and never turned up. When I ate here before food was awful but this time thought its a quick way to get some food but no. Called the place over 8 times and no answer. Absolutely atrocious. If you can't cook it, why accept the bloody order in the first place?!?!?! Never spending my money here again and I suggest you don't too, plenty other places who actually send the food

EDIT: food finally came an hour after it was meant to be out for delivery. Food is luke warm at best and straight up stone cold in places. Never ordering from here again. Had to cancel my delivery with the other restraunt who had already made my food and sent it. Wish I sent this dog bowl back and waited for the...
