Decent customer service from the staff although can improve and the food was a let down.

-Regarding the service - nice friendly staff but they didn't serve the food all at once. We received one item and found ourselves waiting for our other items for quite a long time before we got hungry and couldn't wait any longer so we just started eating.

-The food - the food was cold and bland. Did not enjoy it all and tasted really funny. First of all I asked for fiery hot but both my items were mild and it didn't help that the food was cold. Given the fact that there were not many customers in the store at the time, there should be no excuse to get my order correct.

-The glass sauce bottles on our table had dried up sauce around the tips which is just disgusting so hygiene needs to improve. It's in the Belgrave area so I should have known better. Food just tasted funny to me and I felt squeamish throughout the day and had not had anything else to eat.

-Portion sizes are absolutely tiny and prices are expensive.

-Would not recommend but Leicester doesn't seem to have any good places to eat in general so I'm...

Food is decent as always. But on this specific occasion’s customer service was absolutely horrible. I don’t know what vendetta your employee had against with who ever I was with it doesn’t mean he keeps us waiting in an empty restaurant and watch our faces as we clearly waiting to order.

Second off I am standing in front of him, at the till and instead of asking me what I want to order he turns to the person next to me with a disgusted look. Of course I then bought attention it was me ordering as I am clearly the one in front him. It was as if your employee was so focused on the person next to me I felt uncomfortable ordering.

When the order was done he then called the person who didn’t order to come collect the order. Calling him “big man” and then running away. I was the one who ordered why I was I not addressed?

I observed his communication with other customers and clearly he only decided to be like that with us. Customer service should be improved, you cannot pick and choose who you wanna efficiently communicate with and not. This whole interaction made me so...

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Chilli Flames Eatery, and it was a delightful experience! I ordered the chili king prawns, and they were simply amazing. The Pri Pri wedges are also a highlight—crispy and delicious! While the beef sliders were not the best, the chicken sliders were a lot better and definitely worth trying.
