I ordered a large veg pizza 4 collection sat. Nite around closing time from Belgrave branch!! Got home & opened the box to find the pizza was burnt & all toppings including cheese had gone hard!! Couldn't even eat it as it tasted very bad!! Rang them on sunday to complain 1st time!! As iv bought pizzas from there many times before & they were ok!! I requested them to take the burnt pizza back & give me a fresh pizza since 1 pizza cost £12.00. Not cheap!! They told me to wait until Tues & keep the bad pizza till Tues to show to manager!! I told them I wanted to eat pizza today not Tuesday!! They would not even change the pizza 4 me!! & gave me so many excuses & run around!! & after all the hassle didn't even change my pizza & accused me of ordering a well done pizza!! Which I didn't order!! & even if a pizza is well done it should not be burnt & hard!! I am very upset & disappointed with the customer services!! As any other restaurant or take away place would have not even argued or disputed the complaint & offered to replace the food straight away!! These people couldn't even change 1 pizza 4 me which cost me £12.00. Big business like them can't even afford to exchange a bad pizza for a customer & give them a better cooked pizza!! Such stingy people!! They care more about their money than the customer!! Especially when iv been a loyal customer who has never complained before!! & to be honest the 1st time I went there to buy pizza they gave me a really nice pizza with fresh toppings & it tasted really nice!! I called to inquire about placing an order, and from the moment the call was answered, the behavior of the staff was shockingly rude and unprofessional.
The person on the other end of the line sounded impatient and uninterested in assisting me. When I asked a couple of basic questions about the menu and delivery times, I was met with abrupt, dismissive answers. Instead of clarifying my doubts or providing information politely, the staff member raised their voice, creating a very uncomfortable and hostile atmosphere. At one point, they were outright shouting over the phone, cutting me off repeatedly as I tried to explain my concerns. This level of aggression was completely uncalled for and unacceptable.
As a customer, I expect a certain standard of professionalism, especially when it comes to businesses in the service industry. Square Pizza’s staff failed to meet even the most basic expectations of courtesy and respect. It’s one thing to be busy or under pressure, but shouting at customers is inexcusable.
This interaction has completely put me off from ordering from them, as it shows a complete disregard for customer satisfaction. Additionally, after this experience, I looked up other reviews and found similar complaints about rude and dismissive behavior, which leads me to believe that this isn’t an isolated incident but rather a recurring issue.
I urge the management of Square Pizza to address this problem immediately. Customer service training for staff is desperately needed to ensure that future customers don’t endure the same unpleasant experience. A business can only thrive if it values and respects its customers, and unfortunately, Square Pizza seems to lack this understanding.

Read moreI normally order from here quite regularly however the last 3 times Iv ordered the pizzas have come cold, twice I have let it go but today I mentioned it to the lady I was placing my order with and she assured me they will come hot and pizza will take around an hour.
I called back after an hour to see where my pizza was and 1hr 25mins later it arrive and COLD! I called back because I was super annoyed firstly it was this late and secondly it’s cold! I got passed from the First Lady that takes order to the “manager” spoke to her and all she said was sorry about that!!! I then got passed to another “manager” and she said the same!
