I walked in and in front of me there were few girls were standing, they were getting served. I waited for my call but the guy totally ignored me and went back to kitchen and started talking to cook, waited, and phone rings" I got a reply wait a second".. he went back and took delivery order, now he came and he took my order as I'm buying this for free.. (hello customer services is must for any kind of business).. I waited like 5/7 mins to place order, after ordering I had a seat on waiting stools. The funny thing is the guy walked in and he stood on counter, I seen the next thing, the same guy who ignored me and took my order, from back of kitchen he 'Salam' greets the guy standing and came and even he know what he wants for tonight (even he fancied something else from the menu.. strange) and started taking advice from him, his personal matters.

Not picking anything here..

Now the funny part is, next door competitor Maryland chicken guy came and mentioned they are totally quiet and I wonder why and I reviewed about them too as "poor service and food went downhill"

I hope this place don't do the same, owner should take seriously about his bread and butter and do the right thing.

Visited 2 separate occasions, once during lunch hours and the second, at around 9 pm. The customer service during lunch was amazing, no fault at all and the food was very nice - this second time was horrible. The man taking the order looked visibly annoyed whenever I asked for anything, I asked for medium spicy in my wrap and he said nothing but when I got the food it was lemon spicy. My friend who ordered food with mine, asked for lemon spicy but when taking them out of the bag, discovering they weren't separately marked was annoying. I also asked to have my chips be peri peri chips, which I also asked for the first time I went and there was no issue - this time, the guy just shakes his head, saying nothing. And to top it all off, he didn't even give me a receipt. Horrible customer service the second time I went makes me never want to...

Come to this place most the time for lunch, but recently had an issue with someone called MANI. First gave me a burger with buns that seemed off, after giving it back instead of making me a new burger he just warmed them up and gave me the buns expecting me to make my own burger, ontop if that, frieds are uncooked most the time. Place is nice, only had a complaint against this one worker, also showed me attitude when i left the food and walked off telling me to clean up my mess, which i always do, only that one time I didn't because of the food being bad and him on the phone video calling his friend. Update - just realised the persons name is MANI and not DOMINIC. Dominic is the kind gentleman however MANI gave me the wrong name to avoid trouble.
