Staff here are terrible, let me tell you, some of the staff tried to charge me 50p extra for seating because i looked chinese, at first I thought they’re joking, but they insisted that i need to pay, racist out there mate, it’s ironic because they’re from other countries themselves, but after my british bf stepped up (they didn’t realise i was with him) , all their faces changed, and said they just tried to get small extra money ( i guess for their pockets not for shop), clearly they knew they had messed up. Then they started to disappear from the counter because of shame. if the manager of this shop read this, i recommend you to teach your staff well behave, and lecture them the customer service skill, how to be nice to human beings,before your shop crashes and fails, cause i’m gon Tell everyone i know about this, being racist is not cool, especially you’re not from uk yourselves, cant even speak proper english! What a shame! Trying to take advantage out of people cause you think they’re stupid, but sorry i’m not
