Cittadina — Restaurant in England

Could be a lovely place but do not go on a Sunday !!! It was 1 pm I went there for the first time ever to meet a friend, had no idea that they had a take away only policy after certain hours, but had other sitting customers so I sat.. . 2 girls, blonde one polite, brunette one completely hated to be there , but neither were interested. I overheard a conversation between the girls which cleared the reason for the unwelcome feeling " I thought it was takeaway only .." " they changed the hours " .... Girls , it makes the hours pass quicker if you make a little effort to be friendly..I don't think I will go there again on a Sunday.. Reply to the response: I was there at 1 pm to meet a friend , not 2:30. You dont know who I am so checking the cctv will not really help. Your hours are not really my concern but that was the attitude we experienced, starting from 1 pm. My friend is the one with the huge dog, maybe watch again and you will...

My goodness this place is incredible! It is so wonderfully beautiful and the perfect place to go to for a delicious coffee (or even a panini! - plenty of Veggie options too!) I love coming here on my lunch break. It is so generously priced but most importantly the staff never disappoint in cheering me up and refreshing me for my day! They are so unbelievably kind and really go the extra mile for that personal touch. These girls work so hard and it shows! It really is fantastic. I couldn't recomend this place enough, it is truly perfect! The staff are constantly warm, welcoming and kind. I always feel safe and comfortable sitting on my own, never feeling lonely. I'll be back soon to spend another...

We were visiting locally and new to Leighton Buzzard. There were plenty of the usual high street coffee shops, but it was the wonderful aroma of first class coffee, that drew us through the door of this quaint Italian Café. We were not disappointed! Our Cappuccino's were perfect, in decent size cups and hot! We both opted for the dark chocolate encased orange cake. It was so delicious, that we should have got extra to take home. Owner, Maria, was absolutely lovely and we enjoyed attentive, friendly service from Louisa. We will definitely be returning!

Cittadina is well worth a visit. They also cater for small events and benefit from a sheltered garden...
