Best breakfast and value for money. Locally sourced products. Full of taste and flavour so lacking in your average breakfast. Believe me in saying that I've had a few. Apart from the food service here is excellent , with a smile and friendly banter. While here enjoyed some friendly conversation with a couple of the locals. Looking forward to...

We came to see 'The Weathertop Preachers' Last Sunday. What a great afternoon! They were an excellent pair of musicians, with a great range of songs. We would love to see them again.

Well done to you guys at the pub, for getting live music back for us, in a really great setting. Look forward to coming to your quiz...

The golden bell is a great friendly pub. The bar staff will not only serve you but chat to you. The locals love banter and will involve you quite quickly if you are not local.
