Coffee#1 Wokingham — Restaurant in England

Unfortunately I can't give a great review for this place, since it was very disorganised and chaotic. They have a great space and it's both kid and dog friendly, but their lack of logical organisation let's them down.

One person taking orders as fast as they can and a single person fulfilling them is a recipe for disaster, as the queue kept growing by the minute with no signs of abating. My order got lost in the chaos, and after 25 minutes at the collection point I had to ask for my drinks again and they made them in a couple of minutes. They forgot to give me the cupcake I ordered and paid for (the wait was so long that I forgot!) so I got a lot less than what I paid for 🤷‍♂️

It's a shame because they are at a great location and could really be the place to go if only they got their...

Thought i’d give it a try after not coming here for a while, it’s a shame the staff seem just as moody and unfriendly. No smile, very blunt with me when I found out my old card was linked to the app as i’ve not been here a while due to the fact I was fed up of the miserable people behind the counter (not all I must add) , I was very friendly about it & realised it was just I needed to update a card and link to the app but it felt as though I was a problem just ordering a drink and welsh cake. Great coffee - according to my husband. Great tea, according to me and cheerful service. Also love the smoothies especially the Pina Colada and the green one which I love. Try the hot apple drink with cinnamon and cream, it’s a bit like drinking an apple pie! Also we are totally addicted to the little Portuguese tarts the ones with the raspberries in… they just hit the spot and aren’t too big if you just want a little treat. I definitely recommend… oh and the apricot turnover is delicious and I almost forgot to mention they do doggycino’s and they have free doggy...
