⛔️ WARNING ⛔️ I went to the restaurant on Wednesday with my girlfriend and her uncle. When our food arrived, we all ordered a Parmesan, we were really impressed with the portion sizes as it was rather cheap. Half way through our meal we realised the chicken was pink ! We returned our meal and informed them about the problem we were offered for our food to be recooked we declined and received a refund. Since we have all been extremely ill and have received antibiotics to treat suspected food poisoning. We are trying to get in touch with the restaurant to inform them of this however we are getting ignored by phone call and messages. My girlfriend messaged on her lash account to see if they would reply to a message about booking a table they responded to that but can not respond to a serious message about our health that they have harmed. Christmas meal outing. Service very very slow so manager gave us a free bottle of wine and prosecco. Food devine. Didn't have my favourite drink (which is popular) or even vodka so ended up trying the 1 only cocktail that was ok on the list! Not everyone likes gin or sharp whiskeys! Food made up for this though, worth the price we paid for it. Toilets clean. Service friendly but just very very slow. Loved the design /ambience of the place. Will go again as a special treat in the future just for the food! Visited the fork in the road Saturday 10th March - myself, hubby and 6 year old daughter. Not only was the food delicious, the service was fantastic. Jo and Chris were particularly helpful. Lots of banter and lovely attention for my daughter which she loved. They really made a fuss of her. The restaurant is now her favourite she tells me 😁My daughter has food allergies which was not a problem. Ciihris the head chef made my daughter a sauce for her meatballs from scratch which was delicious and a sorbet and honeycomb dessert which my daughter absolutely loved.
