Went for our Valentine's dinner. It was unfortunately too poor of a service to return.
Pros: Food was fast once ordered decor was really good. Welcoming lovely cocktail bar with decent lighting Good variety on the menu (visble outside) Okay amount of seating. good price for kids menu
Cons:
Was not given a menu once we sat down, we had to go pick one up ourselves from another table
service was very slow at the start. We waiting 30 minutes before we were asked for our order for food. We had to ask to order drinks instead of staff approaching you. Didn't feel like a restaurant.
we weren't told that they weren't taking orders as it was really busy but was allowed to sit down. I would've gone elsewhere if told this at first instead of waiting.
-toilets didn't have any tissues, women's toilets.
I ordered king prawns and it wasn't peeled. Some were peeled but unsure if this is just how they serve them. Inconsistent.
I liked this restaurant, it welcomed me but for a new restaurant, I feel that we arrived on the wrong night. Unfortunately, I will not be returning to this restaurant in future.
Paid about £60 for 3 drinks, 1 starter...
Read moreWe visited on Christmas Eve, and chatting with the owner, we learned this place is only a few months old—hats off to them! My partner and I are restaurant owners ourselves, so we know just how tough it is for independent businesses right now. These guys really care.

Portion sizes were generous, the steak was cooked to perfection, and the creamy potatoes as an alternative to standard chips were a thoughtful touch. My partner’s Chicken Parmo was spot on, and the garlic mayo was simply fantastic.
The venue itself is lovely. We were visiting Middlesbrough for Christmas to see family and hadn’t planned where to eat, so stumbling upon this gem was a fantastic find....
Read moreThe food was embarrassing, shockingly bad and undercooked. Overly priced and an all round dreadful experience, the creamy pasta was plonked with water that hadn't been drained from the pasta. Making the sauce a puddle at the bottom of the bowl as it just slides off the pasta. The mix grill was £30 for a child size meal of each meat that was undercooked and water seeping out of them.
The workers asked us for our order after only giving us the menu 2 minutes earlier. They were friendly but abit pushy.
The temperature in the restaurant was boiling and they needed a few fans.
Very sad experience. I wont be going back. £60 down the drain. Totally regret it and ordering a take away now because I am starving and...
