This rating is just from this afternoons experience. Previously the service has been fine. I walked in, there was one lady waiting for her coffee. The lady that was working looked at me and didn't acknowledge me, and didn't take my order, she then walked out to the back of the premises leaving the guy making the coffee for the lady on his own. He also looked at me and said nothing! I'm happy to wait but what really annoyed me is that neither of then said hello or said "sorry to keep you waiting, I'll be with you in a minute" It doesn't take much effort to give some decent customer service and to make people feel welcome I ended up walking out and won't be going back Coop do a nice skinny latte and costs alot less Lost...
Read moreThe staff are fine, but half an hour BEFORE closing they close off half of the coffee shop. Fair enough right? No one want to keep cleaning up after people. But no, they actually close off the loos as well. All of them. So if you have special needs, and have to use the loo way before closing, you are not allowed.
Further, the cakes aren't covered and there were flies landing on everything! And when I pointed it out the staff got annoyed at me. I even complained directly to the company and they still, after weeks havent gotten back to me.
Do not go if you want clean cakes.
EDIT: EVEN AFTER A YEAR THEY STILL LET FLIES LAND ON THE CAKES AND STILL GET ANNOYED WHEN YOU...

I tried almost every cafe in the area and slowly transition into visiting to Costa only because every member of the staff are kind and caring.
