Absolutely lovely museum. The exhibitions are really delightful. However, the experience was severely marred by one utterly unpleasant and rude member of staff. She incorrectly charged us for snacks in the tearoom and then accused of us of failing to pay for visiting the museum! I produced the receipt to confirm that we had indeed paid and she still did not have the good grace to apologise for the mistake on her part. This was a shame as we had enjoyed our visit.
