Costa Coffee — Restaurant in England

Sadly disappointed with my first visit to this particular Costa - normally a big fan and had eagerly awaited the Christmas flavours but the honeycomb latte was a big let down. The latte was served with cream pouring down the sides and plonked straight onto the tray with a spoon thrown next to it. I wouldn't say the drink was particularly hot either, even though I ate the cream off the top rather than stirring it in. I had considered having a piece of millionaires shortbread but having seen a fly crawling on one of the pieces on the display I decided against that! Asked for a gluten free brownie as I know these are individually wrapped - there weren't any on display but they did open a new box. Such a shame - I had been really looking forward to treating myself today but this time Costa you really let me down.🙁 Also just noticed 2 pieces of used chewing gum on the windowsill and the toilets are...

Horrendous service has soon as walked into the Costa coffee Derbion center in Derby.. I asked to why not they did not have the tomato and basil panini, was told by a young lad who was botherd about closing the shop.. instead I ordered a piggs in blankets one instead, but still don't understand why they never had th motzerella one...I also had a red berry cold drink, it was to strong, not like it should have been... The staff were ok taking my... Order time staff kept looking at theîre watches or phones looking at the time.. I often like to come in Derby because I feel safe, I suffer massively from anxiety disorders, this visit was a disgrace. Also dirty tables.... with pots and plates on, and...

I went into this Costa, we ask for Black forest Hot chocolate. Sadly we didn't get what we order the shop was to busy to complain and we thought forget it we drink our every day hot chocolate as it was going cold waiting for one to be less busy to tell them.

Unfortunately after paying £22 for drinks tried to tell the manager this had occurred his response was well should of let some one know! I said we tried but staff was really busy and he was oh well should of let some one know. We all laughed this young lad of who called himself a manager because who was we telling..... Santa Clause then ?
