Costa Coffee — Restaurant in England

For the first time visited this place and got decent impression . Coffee well made and tasty. Pretty warm place which made the trick . Now the bad things , the staff responsible for mopping floor spoiled the visit as girl forgot the basics and used smelly mop and so area i was seating left me puzzled to what manager does on this site if missed so crucial bit of training in public space . Electric car charge station located on site is an invite for those want to charge their car and drink some warm drink. Overall...

Opening times shown on google incorrect and haven’t been updated. Took a drive there and the Drive-Thru closed. Door locked and only had opening times up until Christmas Eve shown, nothing shown after that. After a while of knocking on the door someone came out to tell me they don’t open until 9am. A poor way to have to find out when they open. Went to Starbucks instead who opened at 8am and clearly had it shown online and on their windows...

My partner ordered an iced coffee in the drive thru to only be greeted by a server with such attitude. In all our attempts to be smiley and nice to this server we were just met with eye rolls & attitude. Maybe she didn’t like the fact it was 2 gay guys she were serving as that’s how it felt.

As a server myself I know it’s no excuse and it infuriates me when I always try my best to make my customers feel comfortable...
