First Class Pizza — Restaurant in England

We have been loyal customer's here for the last few years - sadly not anymore! I ordered on Saturday 26th September - 4 pizzas, 1 portion of chips and some dips. I was informed by their website that it would take 1 hour to be delivered. 1.5 hours later, it had still not arrived. I telephoned to find out how long it would be. I was promised it would be a further half an hour, and was offered free drinks as compensation, which I accepted. The order did NOT turn up within that stated half an hour (2 hours after ordering by this time). I telephoned again, and was promised that they were 'just making it now' - and so had clearly lied about it only being another half an hour on my previous phone call! In total, the order took 2 hours and 45 minutes to arrive. The food arrived cold, and items were missing from the order (chips and dips). Upon ringing to complain AGAIN, the owner did not apologise, and stated he would refund me 5 pounds to cover the chips and dips. I stated I wanted my missing items and my order completing, and eventually they were delivered (with no £5 refund!!) By this point, the rest of the food had been eaten. I was not offered a full refund, which I feel I was fully entitled to given the shambles that occurred. I was given 2 bottles of Pepsi as 'compensation' - probably cost them about 50p! Not a way to treat loyal customers, and we will NOT be returning sadly. I understand Saturdays can get busy,but DO NOT TAKE ON ORDERS IF YOU CAN'T...

Orderer a cheeseburger pizza ,wings with chips,garlic sauce and a coke, waited hour and half for food to get delivered, when it arrived the pizza was very low quality the sauce was very watery and it the pizza felt like it had been heated up but got cold and then heated up again then the wings the skin was tough and was hard to chew threw the meat inside was cooked and fortunately wasn't dry but the meats quality was horrendous kept having to spit bits out that where impossible to bite through,when I got to the bone the flavour was alright at best and as for spicy wings there where mild at most,the chips were the worst part they was soggy and felt like they where left till last minute didnt even try more and the sauce was just a mess all watered down there was very little garlicy flavor and the spices didnt make a difference shocking to think how good this place used to be and now with the same pricing...

We ordered regularly until tonight we ordered for delivery asked for them not put any chip spice on the chips to find when it arrived to be caked in chip spice and absolutely freezing cold contacted first class pizza as soon as it arrived to be told we are liars and there is no way possible it could be cold took the temp of the food while on the phone calzone was only 29c and the donna kebab was 27.9 and to be told that’s impossible will definitely be contacting environmental health with the photos tomorrow and will be calling in to see who ever is in charge to see what they have to say but we will not be ordering from first...
