Worst Costa i'v ever visited, my acumplis was served a hot water in a dirty cup, nearly all cakes sold out, I was delivered dirty cutlery and told it was dishwasher salt which is toxic to pets and some people. I had to butter my t-cake with my fingers. I shall never visit here again. When I eventually got to eat my t-cake, it had taken that long to butter it, the poor sad looking thing was cold. In fact it tasted more like a hot cross bun and I don't like them, plus it's the middle of June and in our country England, we don't have Easter in June,. Read moreWent in for a drink and so my daughter could feed her baby...on the way out we notices that one of your staff was outside witha gentleman who had had a fit. She had already rang for an ambulance. As my daughter is a nurse she had to stop and help. The staff member told her boss that he shd onlynpay her till 4 as she was outside. Her shift finished at 6., please make sure this young lady gets recognition for her caring, customer service. And please don't Dock her wages for doing a good deed.. This building has recently been built, & it's very spacious, also has tables outside, but the Mochas, I've noticed aren't as enjoyable as they were before they built the new one. But saying that, it has plenty of room, & is pleasant. I haven't gone to their toilets yet, but I hope I will find them clean & sanitised. I went once & in their previous building & their toilets were in a disgusting condition, & I tried again & toilets weren't clean so I had to find somewhere else which I wasn't...
