Costa Coffee — Restaurant in England

A bit crowded at times, but it never gets too hot due to the awesome air conditioning; there are also plenty of seats, including a sofa, several high chairs, and a set of incredibly comfortable chairs by the windows on the left. The staff are awesome, always polite and friendly and always remember me when I get my tea (I go there a lot). Tea is good, and their food is especially tasty, which is unusual but very welcome for a cafe. Though some may say it can get noisy, I find that the noise works as an excellent white noise for when you're writing (whether that be a letter, essay (this is going a lot like an essay isn't it?(oh, by the way there's also Wi-Fi if you need to research while writing the essay)), or even a novel if you're ambitious(I'll stop using brackets now)). The level of noise is also at the level where you can easily hear your friends talking to you, but you don't have to whisper lest you are heard by others, which is really the perfect amount.

I would give no stars if possible! I visited your store today when I ordered our two large cappunico and a toasted sandwich I asked if I could have a container of water for my dog as it is a very hot day I was told no by two of your female staff saying they can't provide water for dogs!! What a terrible thing to do! Dogs need water in this heat as muc h as we do! I have never ever in all my time of being a dog owner been turned down water for dogs absolutely shocking:(((( so I walked to shop to get a bowl and a bottle of water for my dog and I will be donating it to your shop so no one else gets the same treatment when their dig...

I usually stick to and support independent Coffee shops but on Sunday I was in town early and Costa was the only coffee establishment open, I decided to pop in for a quick Latte.

Staff were super friendly, but considering it was 9:30am the tables were dirty with empty cups, half eaten food and it wasn’t even busy. They remained like this during the 30 minutes I was in there.

The latte wasn’t great (as per the picture), looked like an afterthought and tasted really weak like a milky water where the coffee bean had merely skimmed the top of it.
