I'm a frequent Costa customer and this rates as the worst Costa experience... ever. Queued for ages, my wife sits down at the very limited seating as I make our order. My wife is then frog marched out of her seat so someone else can sit there (yes, they were one ahead of me in the queue but there every other seat was taken by people who weren't drinking or eating!) Why they couldn't have moved some of those on I have no idea - they just picked on the easy target, ridiculed my wife and embarrassed me. I ended up leaving my order and we left after making a bitter complaint to the manager that was replied with "Have a nice day!".
