Starbucks Coffee — Restaurant in England

This has to be the worst Starbucks!! I ordered two drinks one of them with one shot of espresso and surprise surprise I had to send it back as yet to be remade as they had obviously not read the label of what I’d ordered!! I would like to say this is an isolated issue but unfortunately it’s not. I nearly always have to have my drink remade because they’ve took no notice of my order. I also ordered a cinnamon swirl and asked for it to be warmed but apparently that’s not an option as the icing sugar could cause a burn to your mouth…who knew that was a thing!! I’d better warn Costa because they always ask me if I want it warmed. So in summary this is without a doubt this is the worst Starbucks in this area so unless you want drinks made wrong or fear injury from asking for food to be warmed I suggest you visit Costa instead where the welcome is both warmer and friendlier plus they don’t have a drive thru which can make the wait for your...

Service was slow and disjointed, ordered drinks and food came separately so ended up waiting so long everyone else had finished their food before I even started my drink.

Service was friendly but massively understaffed, shame on the management for leaving staff so exposed and under pressure.

Every table needed clearing, there were no plates left and the two servers were rushed off their feet. No other staff present. Food display was empty and they clearly hadn't had the time to put new stock in as it was all on the counters. So clearly the company values profit over staff well being and customer satisfaction.

The food was mostly stale and tasteless.

Charge top dollar but can't back it up with service and product quality, there's no justification for the prices.

Such a shame about this branch, have tried Starbucks all over the country and this has to be the place I've had the worst drinks ever.. Out of the last half dozen times at least, they must have got my coffee right once. Syrups missing, wrong blend, cold blend drinks weak, waiting times far too long even when they not busy. I've learnt to check the drinks now before I drive away. Would rather travel to gilesgate for a decent cuppa. Really need to train the staff properly to make a drink instead of talking behind the counter. Still not good, asked for a drink to be made to order, and it wasn't had to be done again.
