Wonderful Service at Costa in Odeon Cinema!

I had the pleasure of being served by a lovely redheaded barista with braids (sorry I don’t know the name) at Costa in Odeon Cinema, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. She was incredibly kind, patient, and modest in the way she carried herself, always ready to help without making a fuss.

At one point, I struggled to find the button to open the door, and she noticed right away, stepping in with a warm smile and assisting me without hesitation. It’s rare to come across such genuine kindness, and her willingness to go the extra mile made my visit all the more enjoyable.

I come here quite often for my Tea - usually around 3pm. The cafe is always spotlessly clean and am always met with a happy face ready to take my order. This truly is one of my top 2 Costas in the UK that I go to for me drinks and food.

I wanted to mention the following employees who go out of their way to make the customer experience the best. If I have missed anyone I apologise.

Coffee is fine but I’m ill and petty and I’m tired of them getting my order wrong, not bothering to prep food properly and other massively entitled complaints.
