Costa Coffee — Restaurant in England

The staff here are actually the nicest in Telford except for the one in Southwater. The coffee is also the best too, not burnt like I've noticed in so many Costa's.

The four stars is for the public. In this branch, they're some of the rudest and unfriendliest. Waiting in the queue today, the lady after me gave me daggers after I ordered the last chocolate twist. Then after sitting down, proceeded to get stared at for daring to have my chair in the way of this couple's rampaging kid. I'm not sure if it's the typical Next kind of customer or what, but it's not the first time we've been silently judged for breathing.

Came here 2 months ago, to be told the dishwasher was broken, not a problem then, but the diswasher apparently is still broken, so we can't order a pot of tea, all drinks are served in takeaway cups & food in bags, how does a company of this size of Costa justify in serving drinks & food in throw away cups etc. I find this unacceptable in the current climate. Also the customer service leaves alot to be desired. The 3 young girls on duty were busy socialising with each other, one even folded her arms & looked bored whilst serving a customer, this is not the customer service that I have come to...

The last 3 times we've been in the toilet hasn't been working. Always a sign outside saying 'An engineer is on their way', well, I dunno where this engineer is coming from, maybe New Zealand by rollerskate & row boat.
