The service has got very poor recently. I waited for 15 minutes plus on my last two visits to get a cup of coffee. I don’t understand why, during busy periods, they don’t have two people making the drinks - the core purpose of a ‘coffee shop’. Firstly they were very reluctant to take the cash I was holding in my hand. Asking at least 4 times for a card. Then offering a plate for me to put the cash on. Disappointing as ever, why do Costa coffee's barista's never know how to make a flat white. Also when you politely tell them they get arsey.
