Costa Coffee — Restaurant in England

Been twice recently and both times were bad experiences. First time we waited half an hour for a drink which was incorrect. Second time my partner asked if the carrot cake had raisins/sultanas in and they spent 10minutes studying a book to tell him it didn't, when it turned out it was full of them. They also forgot to make my drink until they asked why I was still stood there. General bad attitude from staff (no warmth or helpfulness) and the slowest service I have ever experienced. Top marks to the girls in this Costa, super friendly, bubbly and made me smile. Polite and offered good service to everyone.

Firstly so happy GF toastie is stocked at the station. As a coeliac stations are normally a nightmare, no food and we leave sad and hungry.

Lady in front of me was GF/Vegan and girls were super good with allergen folder. And they were spot on grilling my GF toastie, knowing the rules.

Old Review - I had no complaints with this Costa! Typically priced whilst being in close proximity to a train station and for the time of year they have a good selection of christmas themed hot drinks and snacks!
