Store has been closed in the morning before the mall opens,no staff, this has become more regular in the last month, staff look completely cheesed off and I can see why.all the chairs were on the tables and I was told it was take away only, which is ridiculous for people who come to costa before they start work. Bearing in mind it should be a busy store and has been, costa needs to provide sufficient staff to run the store as they're doing the best they can

I love Costa coffee, but their pastries taste like cardboard. I usually buy a pan au rasain in M&S and eat it with my Costa coffee, see photo. When I heard that Costa are selling M&S food I thought this was a match made in heaven. BUT today I bought a pan au raisain at Costa, see 2nd photo and was most disappointed because it was the usual cardboard Costa pastries not M&S. If anyone from Costa reads this please sell M&S pastries.

Nice little Costa. Staff are friendly and efficient. They get your order done quickly, but this Costa does get VERY busy, so occasionally I have had to skip my Costa visit as there is no where to sit. New seating tables and chairs, which are quite quirky. Feels a lot Brighter than it used to. Cakes are delicious. Good range of products on sale.

The open aspect of this costa coffee shop allows the aromas of the coffee to permeate the area, just follow your nose. It was a busy lunchtime, but we found a spare table and off I went to the counter. Here I found a lovely selection of cakes sausage rolls and hot snacks. The main event for me was a flat white coffee, and a cicilian lemon muffin. My wife had a pot of tea and a packet of oaty fruity biscuits, and although they are obviously mass produced, they were fresh and tasty. Hanging from the ceiling just outside Costa Coffee is a display of the Red Arrows air force acrobatic team, going through manovers. At the end of the day with comfy seating, and some nice snacks, and perhaps a spot of people watching. Plenty of free car parking here, all was good for us. We found the staff to be helpful and friendly on our visit and would recommend. ps if you find this review helpful, please...

As an ex assistant manager of this store I was very disappointed visiting it while shopping . Approaching the cake counter that looked very sad and unwelcoming to choose anything. While being served buying two toasties, I was given a dirty knife and fork on a dirty tray, when I asked the girl on the till to change it as it was dirty she scratched the food off with her finger nail and pushed the tray along asking me to wait at the front, I think this is terrible service and I would think twice about returning, There were 6 team members working one of them being the store manager and not a lot happening but joking and standing around, before we ate my partner had to clean the table down, very disappointing to see how this store...

Myself & my boyfriend visited yesterday and we have to say, we don’t often come here because of the expense (we had a Wuntu code this time) but Jack made our visit worthwhile. He was probably the friendliest, most high spirited colleague we’ve ever met and he made us laugh constantly - he absolutely was brilliant. We were talking between ourselves wondering if we could have a takeaway cup and without even mentioning it he had one to our table within 20 seconds! This is literally the first positive review we’ve ever written about an employee, we usually have bad experiences but we owed it to this chap to write this. Top man. We owed this 5*...
