food was wonderful, hense the 2 stars. Customer service severely lacking. we waited almost an hour for food. yes it was busy buy 2 tables that arrived after us had their food before us. when I politely said I'm sorry I don't like to complain but it would've been nice to be updated I was told by the young girl well you were sat right there you saw we were busy you couldve just left. to which I replied yes you were busy but it's about the service. the girl replied I'm not trying to be rude but you couldve left. someone senior the came out and apologised. that's all that was needed, just a "we're sorry there's been a delay with your food." the girl then says if you're that bothered just don't come back. right across the seating area in front of other diners.

Went today for breakfast 3 adults 1 child age 1, asked if they had seating for small child they said no... Asked if they cater for children they said yes.... No child's menu at all can get a fruit shoot tho... And also sausages were anemic eggs were like rubber and I had to order a adult meal for my child which came wrong had to be sent back and buy time was ready was boiling hot and child couldn't eat it everyone else had finished there meal.... Decided to try here rather than Castello. What a find! Such a warm and welcoming place. Lots of choice and affordable pricing. We chose the full English which arrives with yummy thick toast and quality butter. So lovely to be served food by staff that clearly take pride in the food they have prepared. The china cup and saucer was such a special touch also. Whenever we choose to eat breakfast out we shall be visiting...
