Zara Turkish Restaurant — Restaurant in England

On mother's day my daughter ordered food from here for me. The order took from order being placed to delivery and hour & a half. Uber kept promptung us to contact restaurant due to non delivery & basically slow service, this was in evening. We rang 4:5tumes to be told was in its way. We told them I was a diabetic & needed to eat, again we waited they stopped answering phone in the end. I couldn't wait I had to eat, I had some crumpets instead. When order finally arrived delivery guy who works for restaurant said he had several orders and was given orders 45mibs prior to delivery. The restaurant had told us order had left over an hour ago! It ruined my evening meal as it was cold when arrived. Trouble is if we refused it Uber only give you a quarter of bill refund...which is a joke! So I will never order from here again, we were lied to, and delivery should never take that long with hold food. And they were aware I was diabetic and still we waited another 15 mins when lady on phone said it would be less than 5 mins. Totally disgusting service, my daughter spent nearly £30 for my cold dinner, that is now in fridge for tomorrow!!! Not happy.

**Thank you for apology. It was the service that was bad, not the food. I did eat it the following day and it was delicious. I accept that you were busy. I will in future make sure at point of order make the restaurant aware I am diabetic, so I can't do long waits, that was a lesson learned. But I did make you aware on the first phone call re diabetes. You don't need to refund, but I would accept a credit so I could have another meal at some point as it was a lovely...

I cannot say anything else apart from just how outstanding everything was about this lovely restaurant. Parking maybe a bit of an issue and there are a few spaces immediately to the front, we got lucky however the multistory car park is a short distance away. We visited a couple of Fridays ago and had lunch. The service was very efficient and friendly and the decor was nice too, we liked the water feature as we entered. Service was very quick, I liked my mixed grill, all the meats were cooked to perfection and our bread starter was lovely with the dips. Overall highly recommended and reasonably priced too. I would not hesitate to visit...

Food was so good as soon as I finish I had to leave a review!!! We ordered a takeaway. We live 20 mins away from the restaurant. We had a family platter and ordered via Just Eat. The food was amazing!!!

I am a massive fan of Turkish food. This has been the best Turkish food we have had in Northampton. The quality even as a takeaway with delivery service was amazing. The food was still warm and the bread at the bottom with all those meat juices absolutely sensational. Please ZARA TURKISH RESTAURANT hands down the best Turkish restaurant in Northampton. Please keep up the quality. We will definitely be returning customers over and...
