Kebab Empire — Restaurant in England

I would put -100 if I could. How on earth this was allowed to be served to me is beyond a joke. I suffered severe food poisoning not too long ago, I’ve ordered from this place quite a few times but I am appalled and will never order from here ever again. The pictures speak louder than my words ever could. I ordered a chicken and lamb wrap as a meal with chips and a cheesecake desert. Well after eating a few bites something seemed off so I investigated come to find it was undercooked ! As you can see in the pictures below this isn’t a joke. The chips were dry and cold by the time it was delivered and the cherry on top the cheesecake is a frozen bought cheesecake in which case they forgot to defrost when serving to customers! In the photo you can see how frozen it is not only that for nearly 4 £ for the cheesecake I was missing a load of the biscuit too ! Absolutely disgusting this order cost me 15 £ it’s not even worth 2 ! This has been reported to just eat but I would advise anyone to avoid at all cost unless you enjoy food poisoning. I’m petrified for the night ahead and if I end up ill I will be taking this further. If you don’t enjoy your job then don’t work in a food place ! Rant over...

edit - i was not rude - after the second call i was told the driver had dropped the meal and it had been resent. I said what you really mean is you forgot the order when i rang to chase it up 15 minutes ago because you told me something different then. If yoj forgot the order just apologise and say its on the way. Your customer service isn't up to much clearly in your response! I've always had good service from here but it's gone down hill recently. Definitely will not use again. Id avoid at all costs if i were you.

Kebab Empire in Wellingborough is a great place for both takeaway and dine-in. The food is always fresh and full of flavour. The chicken doner is amazing—tender, juicy, and full of taste.

The staff are friendly, and the service is fast. The place is clean and comfortable if you want to eat in. I’ve also tried their pizzas and burgers—everything has been really good.
