Me and a friend who wanted to have a Indian food went down this place was excellent I used to go a lot back in the day tort let’s go back and see if the food is still on point . It was more then I expected it’s was amazing the Nan was fresh and curry was always tasty and fresh I ordered the dhaba style chicken curry and lamb meethi two nans and few beers . Service was good . Overall I have to say the pricing is reasonable also.

It’s a nice restaurant serving tasty Indian food. With so many restaurants serving good Indian food in Leicester it’s hard to stand out. But this restaurant does it with it simple no nonsense approach. Simple, authentic food. Great taste and good service. It’s also reasonably priced. I would definitely visit again and recommend this place to anyone looking old or authentic Indian food.

This was the first time I had been here, was with a group of friends. The service and food were both exceptional. Would definitely recommend for an authentic Indian. Need to book in advance as it does get very busy.

I had dinner at this restaurant with my family, including children, and it was a terrible experience. The place was full of drunk people loudly using abusive and inappropriate language. It was extremely uncomfortable and completely unsuitable for a family outing.

We raised the issue with the staff multiple times, but they did nothing. In fact, it seemed like those causing the disturbance were friends of the staff. No strict action was taken at all.

We were so uncomfortable that we left our food halfway through the meal and left. It was a shameful experience, and I truly regret choosing this place for a family dinner. If the management keeps allowing this kind of environment, no one will want to come here with their family.

Very bad experience. I will not return and do not recommend it...

A fantastic family restaurant. We are a family who loves going to different restaurants to eat and we've been to so many but we have always come back to Daman Samudra. They have a best desi style food. We now dont bother with other restaurants, we go to Daman Samudra atleast 2 times a month, the food is perfect to our taste and the service is outstanding. The staff now knows us really well and they treat us life family. They know what lur order is and they always welcome us with smiles. All the staffs and owner are amazing with friendly behaviour. This truly is a family restaurant with amazing food. They have always prepared the food to our requirements specially for the kids. Thank you Daman Samura for the great service and great food. Seems to keep on having new staff. Been a regular here and went to order a take away. Come to pay said don't take card payments for take away. Then says has to be over 25 pounds. Does not say anywhere in store then shows a menu which states only 20 pounds for payment and nothing for only dine in. Felt like was getting ript off. Food is always nice but the service has gone down for the time I have been coming there. May decide to go...
