the wrap box it’s self has no indication or confirmation of order.

To my absolute disgust, the wrap i received was pepperoni! not vegetarian like i ordered.

i called to explain the clear issue, i was told but the pizza i ordered had meat on it! yes i know, was my response, i placed the order!

The person on the other end of the phone, then went on to say i’d ordered a meat wrap! knowing full well this was rubbish!

then finally admitted sorry yes, it was vegetarian but because your pizza had meat on it, we made a mistake!!! after arguing with me for 10 minutes.

i received a new wrap only! with a very little and begrudged sorry! which arrived 46 min after i initially advised i’d eaten a bite, when id ordered a vegetarian!

shocking service! shocking food!

I recently ordered and overall, it was a decent experience. The pizza arrived pretty quickly, which was impressive, and it was still nice and hot when it got to my door. The toppings were generous and the crust had a good balance – not too thick, not too thin.

That said, there were a couple of things that could have been better. The pizza was slightly overcooked around the edges, making some bites a bit tougher than expected. Also, while the staff were polite, the order tracking wasn’t super accurate – it said "out for delivery" for quite a while before it actually arrived.

Prices were a bit on the higher side compared to similar places, especially when adding extras, but the frequent deals and vouchers help balance that out.

I ordered and collected a few weeks ago and everything was great (one pizza ordered). So felt confident to order a bigger order for delivery. Big mistake. The delivery driver wasn't sure he'd got the right address, the order was similar in some ways to what we ordered but also totally wrong. I ordered a vegan pizza with ham&pineapple as I am lactose intolerant, along with 2 Hawaians. My pizza wasn't labelled to show it was the dairy free one, good thing I don't have an allergy! My pizza was margarita, no toppings and like someone had dropped a spice container all over it, inedible. The others had mushrooms on them as well, strange Hawaian. Also the garlic bread had cheese all over it which we didn't ask for or want. Lastly, the person taking the order over the phone could barely understand English and was pretty incompetent....
