Domino's Pizza - Catterick Garrison — Restaurant in England

Not a happy customer at all.... made an order today and the staff where very nice, we asked for extra cheese with the double decadence, so it was dripping out..... lee was lovely and reassuring.

When the order arrived I was extremely disappointed, the small pizzas where all over cooked, however that was not to much of a problem.

However the double decadence was dreadful, firstly we ordered double cheese there was next to no cheese on the pizza, all the meat topping where in a pile in the middle, and where the HELL was the sauce between the two layers..... it’s meant to be juicy, BUT NO IT WAS DRY AS A F@&king BONE.

We rang up to complain, WHAT A JOKE. Shanice was awful with us. Even more so when we asked, and said we where willing to pay for extra for the sauce !!!! Then I had to drive there. THE MOST ANNOYUNG PART IS HOW SNOTTY, RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL the depty manager was SHANICE ..... fire her best thing the place could do As she was unless !!!!! Last time I’m ordering from this place.

Having traveled extensively around the UK with work and often relying on the convenience of a dominos I feel I have a breadth of experience when it comes to the franchise and I can without a doubt tell you this is the worst franchise I have ever been to.

The food is the standard dominos fare but with a limited menu, the online payment is again limited only allowing you to pay by card.

When I drive in to collect (after receiving a text saying my order will be ready in ten minutes) I’m am always stood at the counter awaiting service and when I am finally served I am always greeted with the news that my order is not ready and I will have to sit and wait (usually another 20 mins).

Unfortunately there is not another franchise in driving range and as a result there is no real incentive to rectify the poor running of this store and I imagine this review will achieve nothing. However I have been so enraged by the sever lack of customer service and poor running I have felt the need to write my first review on...

Terrible ordered and took me nearly an hour to wait until i decided to drive and collect upon arrival i asked where my pizza was and was told it had not been made so i was told it would be the first in the oven 45 mins of waiting in store still not made i then asked for a refund and was told by the chubby manager with dark that a refund was out of the question even though they had not started making it yet his attitude was awful i understand that its very hard to be motivated working in dominoes but if you can't keep up with the demand simply stop taking too many orders...
