Having just ordered in pizza in store, I forgot to add stuffed crusts to my order and quickly ran back to alter the order, the girl at the till was lovely and helpful. She was about to change the order and her manager (named Gary) aggressively walked into our conversation and said ‘you can’t change it!’ And walked off. The girl was shocked as was I. The atmosphere he created seemed as though he terrorises all of his employees...
Furthermore, they have a weird system of ordering gluten free pizzas where I was told that in order to place a gluten free order I can only do so on the app. This took an extra 20 minutes to download the app as the interest was rubbish! I have been to many other Domino’s franchises and they have taken the order there and then. Again the manager was being rude when I politely asked why this is. Ridiculously poor customer service!!!

I had a horrible experience at the Corsham store this evening when I was treated absolutely disgustingly by the assistant manager and sour faces brunette lady so I went back online and ordered again from Chippenham which was 5 miles away and hoped for the best. What a difference in atmosphere when I walked in, it actually felt like the staff wanted to be there as opposed to the staff in Corsham who looked like they were being held hostage. Had a lovely chat with 2 team members of the team and told them about Corsham and they just said "no comment" so that speaks absolute volumes. When I'm back in the area I will absolutely go to Chippenham over Corsham even though it means an extra 10 mile round trip. Customer service goes a long way and the Chippenham store delivered this in spades. Corsham need to take a leaf out of Chippenham's book and learn how it's done...
Read moreThis place is the worst place to order from. Been told I complain too much by the manger. So I said get my order right I will not complain. Got it right 2 times after that. And then a few days ago got my order wrong again did not call this time as was to late too call. But once again food missing. So all the stuff that I have ordered from the place I'm out of pocket by about £20. For missing food. Never had a sorry or anything. Or my food replaced. Just had the manger turn up at my door one night when they messed up again. And when I showed him what was wrong he said that was my wife. Onions on a pizza that I asked to be taken off.
