Pros: Good standard of pizza, in line with all the other Domino’s outlets. Friendly enough staff.
Cons: No parking available, had to park on double yellows in a crowded street, enough room for only one car at a time in spots. Order was not on their system when I arrived. (17:35) Admittedly this was 10 minutes before my Nominated pick up time (17:45), however when speaking to the staff they simply said “it’s not on out system, there is nothing we can do”, despite me having a copy of my order number and transaction. Luckily the order appeared on their screen minutes after. But this left me a bit surprised that the computer screen is God almighty and the individual service to me was clearly secondary, despite my proof of order. Leaving me to wonder if they would have done anything at all should the order not have appeared on the Godly screen. Late collection. Despite arriving 10 minutes early and the staff thus knowing I was there, my pizza’s were not ready till 10 minutes after my pick up time of 17:45. Open the pizza as soon as it arrived, it was stone cold!! Completely disappointed with Domino’s Frome, rang the David the manager back, he did not offer an apology and only offer a replacement pizza and an another hours wait, which is completely unacceptable!! We asked for a fully refund and finally David said he would refund the full amount, yet to be received! And still a cold pizza!

Both managers did not seem to care at all. One told me he would refund my money.
