Domino's Pizza - Hayle — Restaurant in England

We ordered via the just eat app. Where the product is advertised as a "Doubly Bubbly" Deal. This meal deal is advertised as 2 X LARGE pizzas and 2 Classic sides. On delivery we were handed 1 SMALL pizza and 1 LARGE pizza and 2 classic sides. We explained to the delivery lady this was incorrect. She confirmed looking at our just eat app information that this was indeed wrong in comparison, and told us to contact the store immediately. We did this and were told abruptly, that the order we recieved was correct and they could do nothing for us in a quite rude manner, and staff told us to call head office. We called dominoes head office only to be told that with that we needed to contact just eat to check that their company's information was right. This is not an issue for the customer to rectify if your dominoes products are being advertised incorrectly on a third party app! This has put a severe damper on our night, as we are in holiday on a strict budget. This error has left us out of pocket and with less food than promised. Do not use this store wether it be direct or through a food ordering app as cleary their communication is non existent and when it is incorrect they will not resolve!...

As a customer that spends in excess of £50 a week, along with my work colleagues. I was extremely disappointed that when I missed a phone call (I played bingo and phone was put on silent, I never turned it back) and my delivery £25 worth was returned. When I went to chase my delivery, too late at 11.50pm. I then rang today (the following day) to explain it was an honest mistake and was there anything they would do. Either refund, redelivery of order or simply a discount on an order.... I was told in a very rude and abrupt manner that as it wasn't their fault then NO they wouldn't assist with customer service. I explained it wasn't their fault but as a valued customer surely they could help in some way (geture). No was final. I will not be (nor my work colleagues) using them again. The amount of profits they make in the pizzas (cost literally pennies to sell at ££'s) you'd think a good branch manager would have helped in some little way. Useless and poor customer service. I buy from people and the service I receive. I would not recommend this...

Moped driver almost crashed into 3 horses driving dangerously. Manager was listening and talking to me fine until he realized I was complaining about his driver then began shouting and saying he can't here me. I visited the shop only for the manager to roll his eyes at me when he heard what I was saying and began telling me he doesn't understand. Lovely young lad then came and spoke to me and reassured me that as this was a safety matter that this would be taken very seriously and then proceeded to have a word with the driver.

On a separate occasion wanted to order a couple of pizzas for a movie night in but the website and app wasn't working correctly. Manager shouted down the phone. "No you have to use the website", tried to explain that we couldn't but he just hung up on us.

Wrong person is in charge here. He has absolutely no idea what he's doing. Has no respect for customers. Disregards peoples safety and is disgustingly rude.

All the other staff seem to be doing the best they can barring a few dangerous drivers and...
