Domino's Pizza - Northampton - Duston — Restaurant in England

My first clue that this was gonna be off was that they specify the ice cream will be frozen... well yes. The second was when i opened the box to see no little thingy to keep the box sticking to the pizza. But losing some sauce and cheese to the lid didnt matter because the amount of sauce on said pizza made it a soup. The cheese was barely melted. You couldnt pick up a slice, you got the crust and the soggy base and topping remained in the box. I was going to leave a 3 because it still tasted fine but considering ive now throw up the pizza twice and theres gonna be more with how i currently feel, well i wish i could leave a 0. Avoid this place....

Horrific experience!! We ordered an order online and forgot to change the delivery address. We Called up asking for the adress to be changed. The woman my boyfriend spoke to had said they don’t deliver to the address we wanted to change it to EVENTHOUGH we have order with this specific domino’s to the new address! She was very rude about it and it was like she didn’t have a clue what we was saying. Someone in the background of the phone call said “why don’t you change the address” in a rude and cocky manner. On one hand we've tried pizza from all sorts of places over the years, and domino's are well ahead, but on the other we pre heat the oven and upon delivery put the pizza in there for 5 minutes to get it hot enough and/or cooked to our liking. Secondly, and this goes for domino's as a company - stop trying to slip the tipping culture into the UK by providing a tip option on the app. We already pay for delivery so if the delivery drivers need tips in order to earn enough, then you as a company are not paying...
