Domino's Pizza - Oakham — Restaurant in England

The only word I have for this experience is ridiculous. The 2 stars given are for the jolly delivery man who wasn't even part of the whole shambles.

Order placed online at 1830hrs. 2 pizzas in the half price offer running Friday- Sunday. After almost an hour, the tracking system wasn't even at the delivery stage so called the shop to find out where it was.

Young girl answered.... Me- Could you let me know what's going on with my order please, why is it so late? Her- I don't know, maybe because we're busy. She shouts across to find out where it is and says it will be out for delivery soon.

Hmmmm....Great customer skills there! 🤣

When it does arrive at 8pm it's so skimped on toppings it's just a let down at this point and even at half price, an expensive diabolical take out.

Ordered a large pizza and it arrived like in the picture. Put it together and can clearly see the cuts don't line up. Large pizzas measures at 13.5inch while mine measured at 12inch. Very clear that there trimming bits of most likely to snack on there self. Phoned up to inform them but employee would only ask for my details so he could "investigate" in which i refused and made it clear I was ringing to report that there staff are stealing from customers. No interest in refund just an apology and a more professional attitude for the future. Didn't get either. Terrible service and disgusting attitude from a bunch of little thives. I can honestly say this was the very best Dominoes pizza I’ve ever had! Hot, fresh and tasty. The stuffed crust was full of cheese! Super fast delivery too. We were staying at Rutland campsite but no issues with delivery and the driver called when he left to keep us updated. Keep up the great work team Oakham👍🏽 We’ll definitely be ordering again. Can’t praise you highly...
