Awesome Indian! But if you're eating in there is a couple of things you need to know. Alcoholic drink is BYO (Bring your own) this most likely saved us a good £20 on our meal and it's cash only. If you don't mind these things your in for a treat. Our drinks were kept cold and available on request. The staff were very friendly encouraging us to try something new but didn't mind when we wanted our favourites. Food came out and was served in a very professional Indian style the shef also provided us with a free sample curry for us to try. The food itself was delicious I asked him to spice mine up slightly, this can sometimes be dangerous buy they got it bang on. Recently moved to Oakham and tried out our local Indian restaurant .Had a wonderful time greeted by smiling polite attentive gracious staff who made us feel very welcome and sat us down and came to our attention straightaway. The restaurant itself is spotless and tastefully decorated . The owner of the restaurant and every single member of his team knew about their menu and were very spot on when advising us on the yummy delicious food which was obviously made with time care and authencity the flavours were delicate and perfectly seasoned. We sat down in a near empty restaurant put our coats over our chairs ordered our food and it started off well with good starters, as the place filled we noticed other people had there coats taken and put in a cloakroom (must have been us lol) our mains came and tbh the portion sizes were what we thought small to say the least and the garlic naan which we usually share one because of the size was also very small. My wife's curry she said was very bland and mine well I've ordered the same curry in many many places and I can honestly say its the worst ive tasted.
