Domino's Pizza - Stockton Heath — Restaurant in England

ABSOLUTELY RUBBISH...DON’T USE We ordered via the app last night for a delivery to arrive at 7:45pm. I checked the app and it said that at 7:48pm my order had been delivered. I phoned up the Stockton Heath branch to tell them that I hadn’t had it delivered but the app said it had. I was told that the app updates about 10 mins before it arrives. I found this very strange as surely it shouldn’t update until you’ve actually received it. I was told that it was out for delivery and would be with me soon. It got to 8:10pm and it still hadn’t arrived so once again I had to phone up. I was told that the Manager would phone the delivery guy and find out where it was and the Manager would phone me back. Got to 8:25pm and still hadn’t received a phone call. It finally arrived at 8:32pm and surprise surprise it was stone cold. I phoned them back to complain and the phone just rang out. I tried again and when they finally answered the phone went dead so they obviously didn’t want to speak to me! I will certainly not be using this branch in the future. They need to make sure that they send their staff members to customer service school as it’s appalling and for a Manager not to phone back...

Last night we placed an order for two pizzas at 6:45. The app was updated to say the pizza was being quality checked at about 7:30. 45 minutes later it was still showing as quality checked, so I tried to ring twice, with no answer. At about 8:30 it changed to out for delivery. 30 mins later-at 9:00-and after trying to ring 3 more times with no answer, I was too hungry and went the chippy.

Three hours after I placed the order-at 9:45-we received a phone call to say it will be with us soon. Obviously we told them we no longer wanted it. We did ge a refund, but the whole ordeal pretty much ruined the night, and I ended up going bed on a full stomach. The guy who rang said we can have a free gift next time we order from there. Ordered using the app but am not allowed to have delivery from a restaurant that's closer. Took 20 minutes to deliver after the app said "out for delivery" and driver very rude on delivery. Driver would not come into apartment block to deliver "manager has told him he's not allowed" so I had to go outside to meet him. I had to take the boxes out of the delivery bag as the driver felt this beneath him and then the food was just warm. Overall if I could award 0 stars I would. 3rd time I've had disgusting service from this Domino's in particular, they need a lesson from Winwick Road as they're fantastic but it's a shame they're not allowed to deliver to a property that's under half a...
