Domino's Pizza - Warrington - Birchwood — Restaurant in England

Literally the worst Dominos I have ever been in. 10 people in the room, 4 actually working the rest leaning against table chatting away, laughing about other colleagues, giving eye rolls to other colleagues on a chunkier guy, perfectly displaying bullying at work customers. Staff not wearing gloves nor washing their hands, making everyone’s food. Timer on the wall saying waiting time 10 minutes for 20 minutes, and when it run out time went off the screen and I still wasn’t served for another 10 minutes. After everyone after me were served I asked for my order and I have been told to keep waiting because they cant do it any quicker. Clearly forgot about me. I'v litrally been ordering from dominos for 10 years quite regular too but the last few times the order is wrong they now skrimp with topping so because I rang to complain with me being a regular they offered me a £15 off my next order after using the discount code that i use regular but iv placed my order and now they are saying that basically I can't use the discount even tho they confirmed I could so the idiots have made 4 pizzas that have to go in the bin because they refused to give it us at the rate they originally said!! I rang to make an order and said to go on line and complete the order and I had 1 pizza in the basket and then I got cut off from placing the second pizza so I rang the pizza place back to make a complaint I spoke to the manager Olivia who would not give me the information to make an official complaint she was very abrupt rude and was no help to the public that simply want to make to take this further and really upset the way she spoke down to me and felt so disregarded as if that the customer is never right so customers service was absolutely disgusting and will be taking this much further as...
