Thanks a lot for ripping me off, and making me not want to order dominoes from here again.
Last Sunday, I ordered a delivery that was supposed to arrive at my doorstep between 17:30 and 17:45, but the delivery didnât arrive at the time schedule.
Even though I waited 40 minutes, thinking it was partiality delayed, or that the traffic was holding it up, the delivery didnât arrive and I heard nothing about what was happening with it.
When I called them, I talked for 8 minutes to an Arabian employee who was the most unconcerned and unprofessional person Iâve ever met.
When I talked to him about what had happened to my delivery, he said that it had supposedly been sent to my address, saying that the driver apparently âknocked on the doorâ, âwaited around for a long timeâ, and called my phone number âmultiple timesâ, even though I never had any knocking at my door or got any phone calls at the time.
When I said that hadnât happened and that they must of made a mistake of sending it to the wrong address, he denied it and kept making the same excuse that the driver had arrived at my address, and said it had been delivered to âits customerâ, or rather âa customerâ as far as he was concerned.
When I reassured that I had filled my address details correctly and asked politely for a refund after I wasnât getting any clarity of what happened, he refused my request, and still acted like nothing went wrong with my order. He acted egoistic, and I felt like he was gaslighting me. It also seemed he was trying to make me out as some sort of idiot, and just didnât care about what happened to my delivery, just as long as it was delivered to someoneâs doorstep, instead of me the customer who paid in advance for it.
I called again a couple minutes later to try and negotiate a refund, but he refused again and acted the same way. He refused to take the matter into any consideration, didnât give me a proper explanation of where my delivery had been sent to, and didnât even direct me on the phone to speak to the manager about the situation.
I felt humiliated and was left with no dinner, I had no ingredients at my home to make anything so I went to bed with an empty stomach.
To anyone, not including the manager, who reads this, I know you donât care personally about this review and my experience of what happened, but I just want to send a warning and reminder out there of always being vigilant of where you order and purchase things.
Next time when doing so, always check the reviews and other peopleâs experiences, even if you donât read the whole thing. That way hopefully something that you were expecting actually happens, and doesnât ruin your day like what...

I recently had a highly disappointing experience with Domino's Pizza delivery service, and I am compelled to share my frustration. I placed my order at 18:00, expecting a timely delivery, but to my dismay, my food never arrived even after 20:00. The lack of service and professionalism displayed by Domino's was truly disheartening.
First and foremost, the excessive delay in delivering my order is unacceptable. A two-hour wait time is far beyond what can be considered reasonable, especially for a pizza delivery service. The fact that my order was not even close to being delivered within the promised timeframe is a clear indication of poor management and a disregard for customer satisfaction.
To add to the disappointment, the lack of communication from Domino's only compounded my frustration. I had to make multiple calls to their customer service line to inquire about the status of my order, only to be met with vague responses and empty promises. The lack of transparency and accountability demonstrated by the staff further diminished my confidence in the company.
As a customer, I expect timely and efficient service when placing an order, particularly from a well-known establishment like Domino's Pizza. Unfortunately, my recent experience has left me with a sour taste in my mouth, both literally and figuratively.
I sincerely hope that Domino's Pizza takes this feedback seriously and implements necessary improvements to prevent such subpar experiences in the future. Promptness, effective communication, and customer satisfaction should be the utmost priority for any reputable food delivery service.

   Read moreYesterday we ordered a collection from Yeovil, on arrival the app said our order was ready for collection. When my partner entered they said it would be a 14 min wait, which we waited patiently. When it arrived it was over cooked, when challenged about it, the guy said it doesn't look very good but it tastes nice. At £18 a go I want a bit more enthusiasm. So he said he would make another which was another poor attempt but benefit of the doubt we took it as we had waited 40 minutes and just wanted to go home and eat. When I got home I tried the pizza which wasn't even cut properly, on my first bite the whole of the topping came off and I ended with a tomato base. The standard of food was awful so I went to dominos again for a refund, was told I'd get a call tomorrow before 3pm which I knew wasn't coming. Called around 6pm to follow it up. At this point I was £18 out of pocket and my pizzas had been returned. When I called the manager, was clearly expecting my call as he knew what my order was! He was rude and kept saying he's busy, as if I wasn't! He wouldn't let me get a word in so I went to the store to speak in person, when I got there he said he would ban me, like I was ever going to go back. He kept saying if I leave he will sort my refund out. Like I could rely on that after him making no effort at all. So in the end I called the head office and thought I'd go above him. 2 minutes on the phone and the problem was solved. Highly rate dominos but that manager and store all together tarnish there reputation and I have no idea how that manager got the job, he has no people skills and would you believe he was making the dough, look at the shape and crust. Should sack all the staff and have a refurb. Seen so many bad reviews hopefully it gets sorted soon! I think Stephan was the manager, polish guy, rude and no people skills. Wouldn't even hear me out.
