An 18 yr old boy cant cook eggs Basically an egg fried has a runny center anyone knows there is salmonella in that egg This doesnt mean you cant enjoy the center If cooked properly The spatula is used to flip the oil i go to Malta a lot and they are the same A Chuevenist run country fair enough they very rarely listen to a female The meal was ruined and cold as a female who seems extremely dumb brought an identical egg on a plate When he approached me i explained again and asked to speak to the chef or for him to explain to the chef it traspired when i asked the girl also a teen and she pointed at him Oh dear then it was like oh i am only 18 years old So he cooked the eggs and they have the same eggs in thier stock photos!!! The other guy who was apparently the 'manager' seemed polite but i paid good money The fact was i was running so late and had been to hospital that day in unfamiliar teritory it seems the only two women who can cook eggs minus any fuss are in Minehead and i have told them so We dont need it in Somerset it is an insult to everyone So i came home to STREET nr Glasto and cooked my own i promised to send a video to Boswells of me cooking eggs at home....... I do hope this will change for the sake of the old folk teens who maybe have never tasted a proper egg in thier whole life!!!!...

Considering how quiet the cafe was on our visit and the number of staff present (around 10-15) the service was appalling.

I waited by the stations to place the panini order only to be ignored by all staff. I then followed another person straight to the checkout. It took a further ten minutes to even place an order.

The wait for the coffees and then the panini was ridiculous. I even watched the panini come out of the oven and staff members then stand around chatting to each other instead of packing it and passing it to me.

The coffee was mediocre but the panini was awful. Very very small, undercooked and far too much mayonnaise.

In the end I was in the cafe for 30 minutes - 45 minutes to receive a black coffee, a mocha and a panini to takeaway! It cost around £14 for the privilege.

I would not recommend visiting this cafe as this was my experience when they were empty, I dread to think how the service is...

I came on at Saturday lunch time it was very busy but that didn't stop the staff being so lovely. So professional, I was in Yeovil for the day and needed to pass some time. As there was no Starbucks around here I seen Boswell's and thought to try it. The options for food are endless, after placing my order I was hesitant, one of the staff members ask if "I was ok do I need anything?" I said "I am unsure if I want what I ordered now I have seen all this food" He changed my order. They was fine with changing my order. No bad vibes. I love when staff take pride in there customers and can spot when something is wrong from facial expressions without the customer even speaking.

I don't normally write reviews but this was a must for the service and quality of the food. I read reviews saying it's pricey but I suppose you get what you pay for. Everything is...

Excellent range of food choices, typically English cuisine but some Mediterranean such as lasagne, chilli, French bread, Italian bread. Hot and cold food good drink choices. Suitable for families. Accessible entrance and toilet on ground floor. Outside seating area and upstairs seating. Food very fresh and delicious. Not overpriced for a decent meal. Serve all day breakfast and ice-cream too. Takeaway. Worth a visit. It was very busy but plenty of staff to get the orders prepared and served quickly.

I’m not normally the type to leave reviews on places but I was really not impressed with my experience today. The food was a completely disappointment. Had ham egg and chips..the chips were either pouring with grease or rock solid, the egg was like rubber and was just weirdly cooked and the ham was rubbery too. Obviously not expecting the most pristine presentation and top quality food but when your paying for it and something so simple is that appalling it’s a joke to be honest.

Visited last summer with my mother in law, whose wheelchair bound and we sat outside to eat lunch that we thoroughly enjoyed, but have always had trouble finding a table since that day, today however we got lucky to find a table so again enjoyed another good meal together. I enjoyed the piri piri chicken panini whilst she enjoyed a bacon and egg bap. We hope our next visit we get lucky to find a table again
