They have no customer service skills milkshakes tasted sour as if the milk was off called to let them know and was told they are fine I went into the store to let them taste the milkshakes, they were adamant that they are ok , all I wanted was we are sorry but they were too arrogant to admit they were at fault , the women there was so rude that it was unbelievable soon as I said I’ll keep them and show the hygiene lot all the rudeness turned into politeness never again I will be ordering ,refund was given but that beside the point , if you have no customer service skills you shouldn't be working in this environment Edited** Just had a look at other reviews and it's appalling you have so many reviews stating the same thing about your customer service skills , if you want to run your dessert place into the ground carry on as your headed that way and doing GREAT but if you would like to make this business successful maybe get new staff and if you are the owners running the show then Maybe you need to sell up and find a new job role as this...

Customer service is terrible. I ordered a cornflake tart and custard, which had hardly any custard and it was thick and curdling. The young boy was sitting down eating when I went in to complain of my dessert. I was asked if I want another or my money back. To which I responded another. He stopped eating did not wash his hands went in the freezer took out a cornflake tart put it in the microwave with again hardly and custard so I asked for more. To which he begrudgingly gave. He used his bare hands to tell if it was cooked by dipping his knuckle in and packed it up to go. Its safe to say I wish I had just accepted the refund.
I will never return they dont care about there customers. The location for a driver is awful, no parking.

My nephew has severe FISH & NUT ALLERGIES, I had called to be reassured that the desserts we had ordered did not contain any nuts. I am disgusted with the way I had been spoken to, I did not expect a staff member to reply with “Nah” several times when I had asked whether the desserts were nut free. I wasn’t reassured by this so I asked again specifically, he then replied with “I’m not sure, you should read online and some of the ingredients we get do not have the ingredients label”. I then asked to speak to the manager regarding allergens but was told that the manager is not in store and the gentleman doesn’t know when he will be back.
If you or your children suffer with any allergies I would HIGHLY AVOID ordering...
